Ceremonies on May 8, 2021 Webster University's 102nd annual Commencement ceremony will be held in a virtual environment on Saturday, May 8, 2021. (See the schedule below.) Students who have completed their “Steps to Graduation” will receive a text and/or email with instructions on how to participate in the virtual ceremony. The University’s Commencement Committee is pleased to share that the Spring 2021 Commencement Ceremonies will be a series of modified, in-person events on campus on May 15. Graduating students will be grouped into one of approximately four ceremonies on May 15. D.V.M. Commencement Ceremony: Friday, May 7th at 3:00 p.m. Hilton Coliseum; Ph.D.
You may graduate in person or in absence, either straight after you've finished your degree, or many years later. If you choose to graduate in person, you will be presented by your college, hall or society. In a graduation ceremony at the college and university level, the presiding officer or another authorized person formally confers degrees upon candidates, either individually or en masse, even though graduates may physically receive their diploma later at a smaller college or departmental ceremony. The 2019 graduation ceremony was attended by around 4,000 people.

Before graduation day: - Your ticketing information and an information brochure will be emailed to you about 3 weeks before the ceremony (except marae - no tickets required). - Collect your regalia from Academic Dress Hire.

The ceremonies will be held at Spark Arena. Applications for this graduation opened on 8 December, and eligible students will receive an email invitation to apply. Applications will close on 29 March 2021. I may or may not have cajoled by best mates to cheer for me, but definitely one of the coolest moments of my life so far! 🧿 The April May 2021 Graduation Ceremonies are provisionally scheduled to be held in Bonython Hall between Monday 12 April to Friday 7 May 2021^.
The university will hold 11 smaller commencement ceremonies at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center over the course of two weekends: Saturday, April 17-Sunday, April 18, and Friday, April 23-Saturday, April 24. Thrasher will serve as the featured speaker at each ceremony. A student has ten (10) working days after commencement to provide Auburn University with an official transcript.

Celebrations for the Spring 2021 Commencement have been planned for Friday, May 7, through Sunday, May 9, and will be held at the Spec Martin Memorial Stadium outdoors, rain or shine. The health and safety of our graduates, faculty and guests during these ceremonies is our top priority. Ceremonies will last approximately 2.5 hours. Attendance will be limited. Recorded music will be used.
^ A University of Adelaide closure period will occur between Monday 19 to Friday 23 April 2021. There will be no Graduation Ceremonies scheduled during this week. The conferment ceremony is a solemn event held in the University’s Grand Auditorium. Each part of the ceremony is well-orchestrated and rehearsed in advance.
